Do you care for someone living with Dementia either at home, or in a Residential Care Home?

We have different groups available for any carer or families of those with Dementia (or pre diagnosis) based in East Sussex. We also offer 1-1 Zoom/phone support if you live anywhere else in the UK or internationally.

DISC is a support service for the Carers and former Carers of people living with Dementia. We will support you from the journey to diagnosis until the end of your caring role.

support you from pre-diagnosis
all the way through and beyond
your caring journey.
