CARER SUPPORT GROUPS
All of our groups are facilitated by a DISC staff member, we aim to provide a safe space to talk about your role as a carer and to also gain information and support. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits. (vegan & gluten free options)
All of our sessions are totally free of charge.
There is no need to book a place for our monthly Carer Support Groups, you are welcome to just come along!
Please note that our face to face Support Groups do not run on Bank Holidays or over Christmas, please feel free to reach out over these periods for support (email, phone, text etc).

We are happy to announce that we are moving our Robsack (4th Wednesday of the month) group back to Bexhill!
This group will start 22nd October at Pebsham Community Hub 11:15-12:15.
ST LEONARDS- ON- SEA
This group is based in our office space upstairs, this room is accessed by stairs or lift. Free parking is available in the center's car park. For carers only.
BEXHILL
This group is now back in Bexhill after a temporary move to our office space at the Robsack Centre. Free parking is available at the hub or on the road. For carers only.
EASTBOURNE
This is a new venue for our Eastbourne group, parking is available at The Beacon Shopping Centre. Eastbourne Train Station and main bus stop is a short walk away. For carers only.

SEAFORD
This is a new support group to meet the need of carers in the Seaford area. Street parking is available on the roads near the church, next to Tesco's. For carers only.
BATTLE
This is a new group, replacing our previous group in Robertsbridge. Small car park on site, paid car park close by (Mount Street Car Park). Accessible venue. For carers only.
RYE
This group used to meet at The Hub on Rye Hill but from April will meet at Tilling Green. This venue offers free parking outside. For carers only.
UCKFIELD
This is a new support group location to meet the need of carers in the Uckfield area. Free parking is available at Luxford Field car park 2 minutes walk away. Fully accessible building. For carers only.
CROWBOROUGH
This venue is fully accessible and parking is available at near by supermarkets. For carers only.
HAILSHAM
This venue is fully accessible and parking is available in the car park. For carers only.
