We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile and to your highest level of satisfaction.

CARER SUPPORT GROUPS

All of our groups are facilitated by a DISC staff member, we aim to provide a safe space to talk about your role as a carer and to also gain information and support. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits. (vegan & gluten free options)

All of our sessions are totally free of charge.

ST LEONARDS- ON- SEA

This group is based in our office space upstairs, this room is accessed by stairs or lift. Free parking is available in the center's car park. For carers only.

BEXHILL

This group is now meeting at St Augustine's Church from February and now on a Wednesday. Parking is available for free outside the church and church hall. For carers only.

LANGNEY

This is a new support group in the Eastbourne area to meet the need of carers located outside of the town centre. Street parking available. For carers only.

EASTBOURNE

This group meets in the Beacon Shopping Centre, located in the Marketing suite by Shades Cafe. Parking available in the main car park, train station car park or surrounding roads. For carers only.

SEAFORD

This is a new support group to meet the need of carers in the Seaford area. Street parking is available on the roads near the church, next to Tesco's. For carers only.

ROBERTSBRIDGE

This group meets upstairs in the village hall, there are steps to enter this room so it is not fully accessible. Free parking available in the car park. For carers only.

RYE

This group used to meet at The Hub on Rye Hill but from April will meet at Tilling Green. This venue offers free parking outside. For carers only.

UCKFIELD

This is a new support group to meet the need of carers in the Uckfield area. Free parking available in the car park outside. Fully accessible building. For carers only.

CROWBOROUGH

This venue is fully accessible and parking is available at near by supermarkets. For carers only.

Craft Club for Carers

This group is a safe, relaxed and creative space for carers to come along to start, finish or learn a craft. This is an informal setting to relax and chat with friends.

Free of charge and includes hot drinks & biscuits.
